Five years and ten billion forints equals 250 flats, more than 400 parking spaces, and a busy downtown public area, complete with terraced cafés and shops. This is the short balance of the development of Gozsdu Court, which has had a difficult history. The chain of courtyards - Gozsdu Court's seven buildings enclose six courtyards - were renewed in line with their historic monument status, while the Madách passage between Holló Street and the Madách Trade Center was also opened.

The value of the historic monument-flats, which reflect a historic mood but are equipped with the most modern technology, has increased almost 50 percent during the years of construction, with 90 percent of the flats, going for 600-800 thousand forints per square metre, sold by the completion of the project. The developer Autóker's conquest of Király Street will not end with Gozsdu, as it is already planning the development of the next triple-plot, under Király Street 25, 27 and 29.
